Hello. My name is Humphrey, which for some strange reason seems to suit me. I came from a high kill shelter in Sacramento, CA, where I would probably have spent my last days if my foster parents had not been notified that I was there. I had a guardian angel drive me all the way to Redding. I do have some issues with my skin, but they are working on that here, and someday I will be even more handsome than I am already. I can tell my foster dad loves me already (of course he loves us all) by the way he talks to me and handles me. I am a fawn horsecoat, and I love everybody. I know I may not look perfect on the outside, but on the inside I am perfection! Please give me a chance to prove it to you by filling out that application under my name.
